Recently, a customer I’ve worked with before had a few spots on her house and shed suffering from dry rot damage. She was planning to paint her house and asked me, at T. Smitty’s Handyman Services LLC, to inspect and carry out any necessary dry rot siding repair before the painting commenced. I was more than happy to help and even coordinated with a trusted painter I’ve recommended to many customers in the past. The customer appreciated this extra effort. During my inspection, I also discovered severe dry rot affecting her chimney cladding, which seemed to extend into the roofing. Although this was beyond my scope of services, I provided her with referrals to get an estimate for this additional work. Get an estimate today!
